The Essential Low Back Program...........................................................................  $75/class, usually a 6 class minimum

 A complete rebuilding and resiliency program for your back. Clinically proven to relieve pain & restore health. No yoga experience required. Gentle, adaptable to your body shape, size and condition. This program is designed to help relieve pain, reduce/eliminate the use of medication, and improve flexibility and strength safely and gradually. Clients are encouraged to work at their own pace. The program includes 5 guided audio sessions for daily home practice to aid in accelerating recovery and to aid in maintaining spinal health once the program has finished. 

The Essential Low Back Program teaches clients how to maintain the health of their own backs after the program has ended and plays an important role in the recurrence of back pain. The program is designed for people suffering from sciatic pain, sacroiliac joint dysfunction and scoliosis as well as lumbar spine weakness related to poor posture and ergonomics.

90 minute session - includes illustrated manual

This approach was developed by Joanne to address the causes of sciatica and sciatic pain-like symptoms including piriformis syndrome. Since the causes of sciatic pain vary, not all stretches work for everyone. In this session, you will learn and practice the stretches you should do based on your symptoms and gain a better understanding of sciatic pain. Often one 90 minute session is enough to resolve the situation if you continue to practice the stretches at home and temporarily refrain from aggravating activities.
