Donna Furnival - Pilates Instructor
I am very excited to be joining the Synergy team and their commitment to
Wellness. Fully trained in Pilates Equipment, Mat Work and Small Apparatus,
I use this knowledge to help your body move with more ease. This is done by
creating more space in your joints and training the muscles to support this
space. In short I help my clients learn how to move effortlessly making both
daily movements and sport activity feel much more relaxed and stronger. I
look forward to coaching you in achieving both agility and mobility. |
